World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
Item upgrade is an evolution item that first was introduced in Generation II. This item allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2 if traded while in possession.
The ability to slot it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets could provide a bonus or increase the value of an attribute. The majority of upgrade components require the item be in a certain state before it can be inserted.

Upgrades can make an item stronger. It improves the shield, health regeneration and strength of its abilities. It also increases the damage and impact. However, it is not upgraded after level 10. After 10 levels, you can change a hero or a weapon. The evolution process takes 20 minutes.
